We are a small operation located in rural north east Alberta. Love of the Alaskan malamute has led us to developing a program and slowly building a more elaborate system. Our dogs are first small kennel trained, and then shown as pups from 6 months on. By a year and a half they have been exposed to the harness and light pulling. At 2 years of age we sped time Lead training each dog, this is where they run Lead on the sled. Note that not every dog is outfitted to run Lead but I start them there to find out which position they would be most comfortable in and to give them more confidence running as a single. Alaskans are a large loving breed that when handled properly can easily fit into an active family life. Keeping them cool and exercised is of the upmost importance. General inquiries are encouraged as we believe in placing the right breed in the right homes.
Health Guarantee: for 3 years provided the new owner keeps up with shots, deworming etc. We stand behind our dogs.
All our breeding stock get their eyes and hips certified; this is to insure the quality and integrity of the breed stays intact.
Support: will be provided for the lifespan of your new family member. This includes answering any questions, puppy training and if wanted sled training at 2 years plus. Calls and e-mails are encouraged and we can also set up one on one workshops at no cost to the new owner. We want you to succeed!!
